Dewrad ran a relay on the Zompist forums at the beginning of 2006 (results online). This text really was a creation myth! The text I received did not have a title, but I hate texts without titles, so I made one up.

The Asha'ille text has been updated to reflect the spelling reform that occurred after the relay.

My interpretation of the Saonian text (probably incorrect, as conlang relay interpretations are wont to be) was that it changed back and forth between present and past tenses. I made my text consistently past tense. This text does not use personal or temporal deixis-changing words like many other texts posted on this site. The source text was already in first-person, and because the same subject was repeated on several consecutive verbs, explicit tense-marking was unnecessary in many cases.
